Göktuğ received his undergraduate degree from Koç University Faculty of Law and completed his high school education at Bilfen Anatolian High School.

Göktuğ has been providing legal consultancy to numerous large foreign-based companies and conglomerates since their establishment within the scope of their operations in Türkiye. Göktuğ serves his clients with his competence in corporate law, commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and labor & social security law.

In addition to these areas, he provides legal support in the fields of banking and finance law and law of foreigners.

He is fluent in English.

He is a member of Koç University Alumni Association. He is also registered to Istanbul Bar Association.
